Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Armarouge and Ceruledge Tera Raid Battle
Share
It's now much easier to acquire the Charcadet evolutions Armarouge and Ceruledge in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet through the Tera Raids. Both evolutions will be making an appearance in the games in February 2023, but only for a limited time of one weekend. Starting on February 3, 2023, players will have the opportunity to battle and catch an evolved version of either Pokémon.
These evolutions are exclusive to each version, so the Tera Raid you encounter in-game will depend on which version you own. In Pokemon Scarlet, you'll encounter Armarouge Tera Raids, which will be four and five-star fights. In Pokemon Violet, you'll see Ceruledge Tera Raids. However, if you have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription, you can access fights from the other version through the Poke Portal if and when they appear.
To evolve Charcadet in-game in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, a specific item is required. In Scarlet, you can obtain the Auspicious Armor by taking 10 Bronzor Fragments to an NPC in Zapapico. In Violet, you must trade 10 Sinistea Chips for the Malicious Armor, then use that armor on the Charcadet to trigger its evolution.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are available on the Nintendo Switch, and the Armarouge and Ceruledge Tera Raids will run from February 3 to 5, 2023.
