At our business, we strive to provide high-quality Pokémon trading services and ensure every customer receives exactly what is described. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and service-based nature of Pokémon trading, all sales are final once the trade has been completed. This includes all custom or pre-prepared Pokémon.


Eligible Refund Situations

A refund or replacement may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You did not receive your Pokémon after purchase
  • The Pokémon delivered does not match the description (incorrect stats, level, item, etc.)
  • A technical issue on our end prevents the trade from being completed

In these cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue with a replacement before issuing a refund.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The trade has been successfully completed as described
  • You change your mind after purchase
  • You no longer want the Pokémon after delivery
  • You fail to meet the trading requirements (Nintendo Switch Online, game progress, etc.)
  • You provide incorrect Trainer information or fail to respond to trade coordination

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before the trade has been completed. Once the Pokémon has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled.


Response & Resolution Time

We aim to resolve all issues quickly:

  • Response time: Within 24 hours
  • Resolution time: Typically within 1–3 business days

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Refusal of future service
  • Permanent blacklist from trading services

We encourage all customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any issues fairly.
